Catalyst Field

Stayton Engineering primarily manufactures chemical catalysts used in oil refineries and petrochemical plants, including FCC (Fluid Catalytic Cracking) catalysts, hydrogenation catalysts, and other specialty catalysts.

Our FCC catalysts hold a leading share in domestic markets and are widely used in refineries across the globe. In recent years, we have also expanded our environmental product portfolio, including flue gas denitrification catalysts.

Through the global licensing of our advanced catalyst technologies across Europe, the United States, South Korea, China, and other regions, we actively contribute to worldwide environmental conservation efforts.

Fine Chemicals

Utilizing nanotechnology cultivated through catalyst development, Stayton Engineering manufactures and supplies a wide range of fine chemical products.

These include materials for electronics and information technology, optical materials, cosmetic ingredients, and colloidal (ultrafine molecular) materials.

Our fine chemical products are used in essential applications such as liquid crystal displays, flat panel displays, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, cosmetics, and optical lenses, forming the foundation of modern living infrastructure.

Fine Ceramics

Stayton Engineering also engages in the development, manufacturing, and sales of advanced ceramic materials by leveraging material evaluation and enhancement technologies based on the mechanical and electrical properties of ceramics.

Our product lineup includes electronic ceramics, engineering ceramics, and MMCs (metal matrix composites), enabling us to respond to diverse industrial requirements with unique solutions.

Silicon nitride substrates, which are critical components for power modules in electric vehicles (EVs) and other advanced systems, represent a rapidly expanding field.
